I believe the Secmathian set (LV70 to equip) will give CD with 5 pieces, otherwise you'll have to stick with stacking CD from SC, IM, and gear like Kryos boots & Premium Blizzard Muffler (though I believe there are back gears that provide better CD bonuses... I like my Muffler because it also gives +40 HLT).

AS for SC, you can get 50% CD from your weapon (High level weapon), 30% from your back gear, 5% from your accessories +belt (25% total), and 20% from your IM weapon. I guess those are the easiest to get, but there are more options for accumulating CD ~ like obtaining Devil's/Lumina Shoulderpads will get you another 15%.

I read about Crit Rate somewhere before ~ something like 100 AGI -> 1.5% Crit Rate, which isn't really that much given the amount of AGI that could be elsewhere. I heard from a few people that the new halloween weapons give 3% absolute crit rate, but for the most part, crit-rate increasing equipment is not absolute. Honestly I have just come back to the game and cannot provide you with a very detailed explanation of anything lols-

Read this thread (not just the first post): http://forums.warppo...ical-rate-test/

Yeah, go with the agility ones. If you use those in conjunction with the Alex gloves that give +50 agility, you should see a noticeable increase in your CR.

CR % is nice, but 20-30% CR isn't going to be as beneficial as 100+ agility. That agility will give you an extra 1-2% absolute CR -- and absolute CR is (generally) much more valuable than the CR % you get from items. In addition, that extra agility will also give you a sizable increase in Aim Rate, which is yet another important stat (at least, in PvP).

IF you aren't playing PVP that much then i suggest , more damage instead of AGI. AGI only works for better accuracy against high evade mobs/Players.
