Is this your first time buying points with credit card? If so, there is a verification period. 24 hours i believe.

Yes is my First time. I tryied to bought with credit card a lot of times (8 times) and the payment just kiping getting errors.
I tried too debit in another account and my energy Dont come. PLZ HELP ME I WANT MY ENERGY

To make sure, check your balance (of your credit card,) to see if the money was taken out of your account.

i waited 24 hours. When i try to buy 1.500 Energy I have this error: Failed to Check AVS file
