I was starting the job change and it seems I had to wait 3 IRL hours to continue, but that wasn't going to happen (had to continue at 1am???). I get up this morning and now the NPC dialogue that was supposed to start isn't starting. Do I have to start over??

I've been trying for the past hour to finish the guillotine cross job change... the npc south of Rachel (assassin or guillotine guild member) talks to me, but doesn't want to warp me... I click on her and say I'll do it and she keeps telling me I have to wait till it's dark and other, but never warps me anywhere. Apparently, it's been three days it's been like this...
