When I try to use anything other than a Simple Xeon for enchanting or reinforcing, I get a message saying that the Xeon needs to be registered. I can't find any info on forums or through help that explains this. I just started playing RMM a weekago and am enjoying it but some information just seems to be lacking.

Also, it'd be nice if they responded to my registration to purchase WP Energy so I can pick up a couple items such as the 30 day reduction hammer and a mount. I submitted a couple tickets to ask if I should resubmit my info, and no reply to those either! It's been over a week since I first applied. Anyone else getting a response this week? (I realize they were busy with the server move but a week to respond seems excessive!)

The Xeon needs to be on the same Grade like the Armor /Weapon
f.e a Simple Armor needs Simpel Xeons
those should be around lvl 1-35
to reinforce Supernus Stuff you need Supernus Xeons and so on.
lvl 40-55 etc.
