I know some skills have a multiplier bonus like lvl/100 so at lvl 150, so each level increases the skill damage. I was wondering if this applies to warlock skills as well. Thanks!

Yes. All of the offensive warlock skills (except Tetra Vortex) get stronger as you near 150.

Yes... Increase overall damage... plus with job 50, you get your INT bonus as well =)
