So what equips and stats would give the highest dmg output? Talking mostly bout SB maybe SD if its for that build

Highest damage against what, people in WoE?

Whether you're SB or SD, your looking at at least around 9x base str and 5x base dex. A SD SinX would get around 7x base int and dump the rest to vit while a SB SinX would skip the int and get more vit/dex (sometimes a little bit agi).
