If you upgraded your Hat before the last patch (nov 2nd) and you don't see your free headgears at the Code the Redeemer, send a ticket to the support.

If you upgraded your Hat just now - you're to late.

When did you make this hat? The cut off for prizes was before the last maintenance. It had to be +9 before then to qualify.

If you did make it before, send in a ticket about the missing items. They'll be able to pull up the qualifying accounts and rectify it.
