I think you guys should add an Item mall option in-game, that way it makes it easier and faster. Thus, there's some people who don't know how to get to IM (sadly) also it'll be more noticeable by the players.

wouldnt make a difference to me since i just bought 2500 points and havent gotten them yet

Most likely cause of the maintance, they probably stop all transactions to provide more concentration on the patch/work.

You should have submitted a ticket to the Billing Department as soon as you noticed you did not get the points. I'd like to suggest that to prevent yourself from all this frustration that you search out for the right means for support. Posting here is just Hijacking the OP's thread and I am sure they don't appreciate having the thread hijacked.

I had that happen to me at least twice, except I used the freebees to get the points because I don't have the money to donate. I agree. Send a ticket cuz if you don't you may never get them, like me, and you actually spent money so that wouldn't be good =s
