Most likely yes, BUT it depends on what is implemented/change/agreed to in the changes to the game. In other words, the final changes that are implemented will need to be evaluated before that decision is made but from chit chat with the GMs it most likely going to be yes. BUT THIS IS NOTHING TO USE AS A FACT TO QUOTE SO DO NOT TAKE IT AS AN ABSOLUTE.

It depends on player feedback and evaluation from the staff. Nothing is set in stone as of this moment. So feedback is encouraged from all players.

What feedback is needed? Whining will do the trick, its seems unfair to make some skill useless and require to pay to get "fixed".
