I was thinking of getting it but the "blind" effects seems horrible from what I read. I'd like to read ppl thoughts on the Atk Spd bonus. Anyone have SS on how it looks. Also the wiki says I can use the "/mineffect" to bypass the "blind" effect. Is it true?

Hopefully ppl reply, this part of the forums seems dead.

Edit: Lvl 62 JLvl9 I have 90 base Agi and lvling with kicks (Tornado, Roundhouse). Planning to use books eventually.

I don't think mineffect can bypass it. But lvl 6 is okay. The only screenshots I have are lvl 7:

But, the skill doesn't seem to work at the momment, so I wouldn't bother.

Thanks a lot for telling me! x3 I had already used my one time reset. Good thing I haven't leveled my TKM to 99/50 yet I would have wasted so many points xc
