The difference between the Kings at 30 Minutes and the few at 70 Minutes is that the 30 Minute ones only have 1 king, where the ones that respawn every 70 minutes is because there are 6 spawns.

Fine, but then again, it's not like every king is going to be farmed for the heck of having all the new jewelry, who cares about the crappy ones.

People are going to focus on a few ones (Deadshot, Magical) and ignore the others. Result: 2 kings are going to be farmed 24\7 and it's gonna be a huge mess; 2673 other kings are just going to sit and look pretty because no one cares about their drops.

Get it?

There's honestly no need to consider them epic, as they in fact aren't. It's just some jewelry. As rare as medallions would be rare enough.

Spawn time is too short or long?


thankyou Cal! Spawn time is way too long. i was in there for over an hour last night, only saw one king in that room (pastor). Frankly, if i were going to buy a medal to farm kings, i would not pay for one if the king spawn time was over 15 minutes. I think that if i were paying for medals, an expectation of 4 kings per hour of medal time is reasonable, or the least i would consider paying for. And that just barely, since the drop rate of the jewelry is 'EPIC'. In fact, come to think of it, i probably would NOT pay for a ;medal for the sole purpose of farming an epic drop rate off a 4 x an hour monster. Its not like we can change channels and farm other kings any longer.

Gey, go away for a week come back and once im finished patching i get 2 errors, now since its been a day or so since the patch was out im guessing there has been loads of threads about the errors, anyone wanna tell me how to fix or something (apart from reinstall coz i tried that and still got a error)

What error is it? If that's the item.xml thingie there's a solution in the tech support section.

Erm, according to the patch notes, jewels are supposed to be in the "Rare" drop category, not "Epic"
So... is there something wrong somewhere? (in the patch notes or in game)
Because "Rare" drops are supposed to drop quite often from bosses:

The grand pumpkin's return quest is bugged. When you got the 100 seeds and go back to Harry he wil not reward you with a gift, and you still got your pumpkin seeds.

2 times no drop
1 low enthentric
1 Lisent AI
1 grand XXX item

Sucky drops from kings like the previous 30.

Still no jewel.

Are you guys sure it drops?

The wording maybe confusing as they are rare items and set to be as such. They are not legendary by item type so I can understand why you may feel they should be common from a boss but this is nit what we want for them.

They are epic drops and as tome passes they will find their way into the game. We didn't want them to flood the market and be weaker in market value compared to crafted jewelry.

Not much in the game has been really rare. I expect that the rates are going to be tough to swallow but give it some time and you will see them start to penetrate the market.

I think my biggest concern is that these kings don't have much else of value to fill out the uncommon and rare drop ranges so it feels like the effort to reward is not balance

I didn't know that it was only a Halloween event quest. So i can only stop the quest now or i will have to wait till next year?

Btw. Nature force set still don't give the 5 int bonus stats.
