npc is called namiel and is located here:



then, u have to hunt 50 psychos

they are located here and spawn quit often



leave game again

reenter once more

It looks more organic than an actual flamish/fiery.

But at least its not flat like all the astro/seraph wings. So i give it the +1

I tried this quest yesterday on a max lvl character. I was able to obtain the quest, but not get any proofs. Does this quest have to be done on a character that is lvl appropriate to the mobs or is this quest bugged?

nope, i was max lvl, too

but i heard from several people, that quests dont give proofs anymore

maybe its a general bug; u should report this at bug section
