ive got reply for my ticket after almost whole week.

My message was forwarded to customer service and thats all they told me to be exact_^_''

Gm's take their time in processing our requests it took them about 1 month to complete a character transfer for me and im pretty sure all the ranting we do to them doesnt help. Just remember GM's customer service is pretty hopeless just as long as they getting the $$$ we pay for subscription or kafra points they don't care about the customers after that.

My husband and I are not pleased with this at all. In addition to many other issues, we're at our limit. We will not be purchasing any more Warp Portal Points or Kafra Points and if both servers are being offered this poor customer service, you can forget about our subscriptions.

I just got a reply for my ticket sent a couple days ago asking me to confirm that I have spoken to CodetheRedeemer and that he doesn't have the WCP. Of course I told them I've checked everyday and still nothing. We'll see how this all goes. I've still got hope.

GM's are too busy enjoying the money they take of paying customers without giving any customer service. You all should expect delays with any wp point purchase or kafra point purchase or any event ... They have lack of customer service in all aspects of the game..
Has there ever been a maintenance that has ended within the time they have given ??? Has any service been provided within the time they have promised??? I applaud all of you that have patience with these lazy GM's.
For the rest of the paying customers that know what it feels like to receive customer service you are dealing with the wrong people. They are just money hungry now more than ever before

I hope GM's answer your tickets but how its looking we will all be old and wrinkly.

I guess if any of you have problems with services you have paid for that the GM's have not replied to you about that they have promised on their website eg. the 2000 WP points and u get a well chewed pencil the following day - for alot of you this has been almost 3 weeks now this is considered false advertising and can be reported or how GM's say that value added services will be complete a day after payment is received other people wait up to a month for this to be completed.

Yeah, what the puppy are the GMs doing?? =/ It's like they completely neglected us since most players got their pencils already...I never expected for this to take this long... We're probably gonna have to wait for 1 month or so to get our pencils if we will even get it...They should at least post something here so we know that they're actually working for it..Grrr..Sorry this is just really annoying :)

I recall the last several maintenances to have gone over the announced times, though there was a string before that ended earlier than mentioned. However, maintenances that end much sooner than the announced times seem to correlate with short (or sometimes long) emergency maintenances soon after.

In my experience, the distribution times of bonus items seems quite variable, but don't recall them ever being distributed within the one-day time frame. The WCP item seems to be especially poorly handled.

I think they need an automated distribution system with some sort of error check.

Hello.
I purchased my points 7/9/10.
I sent ticket about WCP at 13/9/10
Got reply from GM at 19/9/10 that they will send this ticket to customer service.
Today (23/9/10) i've checked codee the redeemer like i was doing every day and there was nothing on list but then after few minutes i checked my inventory and WCP was there.
So looks like GMs gave it to me manually, maybe everyone have to write a ticket...

Yea same. I checked my biochemist's inventory and there's a pencil there. Make sure you guys check all your characters inventory in the account where you purchased the points.

Since the WCP promo ended quite awhile ago, I'm gonna lock this thread. Anyone who still is missing theirs should send a ticket in if they haven't, and if you sent one in awhile ago and never got it resolved should send another.
