Dude, by the time I get my pencil, I won't be able to even get a hold of an ice pick, anymore. Would you GMs please do your job, and not falsely advertise that you are going to give us something for our money?

Not trying to be rude, but I have these issues with this game all the time, and I am getting sick of it. I love this game too much to quit, so seriously... take care of your obviously dedicated fan base. They don't deserve to be put through all of these issues like unresponsive gms, buggy play, and emergency maint every 2-3 days. I know it takes time to deal with some of these issues, but how hard is it to give people their pencils on a daily basis. It sounds like the GM in charge of that, needs to quit playing RO for 5 min, and take care of the people who give him a job (players).

Well, the Labour Day holiday falls on Monday for those who lives in the States, so we'll probably get ours on Tuesday or so. However, I do really hope that some of the CMs or GMs may take some time off to look into our situation.

I really would not like to wait for ~150 hours (6 days) after the 2000 WP energy transaction before we get our free gifts.

It seems that a lot of people who made their transaction on Wednesday still haven't received a pencil. . .

I redeemed 2k WP on my 2nd game account (09/01/2010) then i redeemed another 2k WP on my 1st game account (09/02/2010)

I got my WCP on my 1st account. So i submitted a ticket.

Maybe for those who redeemed 2K WP last Wednesday and yet did not get their WCP/s have the reason to submit a ticket about it.

I guess the person in charge of distributing the Well-Chewed Pencils have overlooked, skipped and forgotten about those who have redeemed their 2000 WP energy on 1 September 2010 (Wednesday), but I can't be 100% sure about this as some might have gotten theirs a few days back.

I made my purchase and transfers on the wee hours in the morning (pacific time) on Wednesday but have yet to receive my Well-Chewed Pencils to this very day and hour. I've also submitted a ticket but I don't think they'll get to my ticket until the holidays are over, that is why I'm also posting this here.

I hope this will get the attention of the CMs and GMs to get this fixed. Thank you

By the way, this is on the Valkyrie server.

I think the issue is the person that does the insertions is also in charge of maintenance... task forgotten or something. I'll be prodding him with a stick to get the insertions for Wednesday and Thursday added today.

I got my first 2 pencils on Monday so I'm not in a huge hurry to get the third but it would be nice if a GM/CM could respond and let us know whats going on. I'm sure they have received a flood of tickets which is probably why they haven't responded to them but some kind of statement on the forums wouldn't hurt.

No ! They give us a crappy lag fest event, and then disappear. It's like my $40 paid for my comp to run ragnarok -_-ty. Heim got back to us the other day, but the GM in question didn't do about it. He just gave everyone who made purchases after wed their pencils.

The points themselves? Like, you've never paid before and that was the first time you charge for WP? Charge again. The first payment was to verify your card and the charge didn't actually go through.
