I watched the anime for awhile and loved the character art so I wanted to give the game a try.
I don't really know what server to pick or how the game works so I'm probably going to do a little reading before I dive in. I'm planning to download the game after mid-terms are over so cya in game.
My character name will be Noblewine.

It's been quite sometime since i've played RO (last time i played was around 2007) and I though i might want to start a new one. I created an acolyte to become a priest but one thing i've found is that, THERE IS NO ONE AROUND IN THE OLD LEVELING AREAS TO PARTY WITH. Making a full support's life hard as hell. I bet no one is leveling in GH anymore. hahaha. better make a new character instead @_@

BTW, Im playing at Valk server cause it's the most populated one. But prices are insane. I don't know if i will be able to buy good weapons. lol

you should check the knight forums and irowiki for some example builds, people who play the class can help better.

Hello! I'm a returning player from what used to be iRO Chaos.

Don't think I have any of my old characters anymore, but that's alright. I'm sorry if this question has already been answered, but would it be better to start fresh with a job that can farm easily?
I was thinking about starting a rogue. However, priests are my specialty. Though, I suppose I could do both. Just don't want to spread funds too thin, you know?

You will need to bind your old account to your new warpportal account. You'll need to do PW recovery on it since PWs have been mass changed several times. If you no longer have access to the email address used to register your old account, you'll need to contact the GM team via the support ticket system ( support.warpportal.com ) to get the account back - and unfortunately this week the GMs are short-staffed.

I managed to recover my old account. It's more that I deleted and gave away most of what I had back then. But there are some salvageable things. Thanks for the advice. :3

the problem you described is pretty common and is a result of the recently happened server merge.

please explain in detail what you did, as the only possible reason known for the problem you stated so far is the problem the guide I linked you is about.


Especially important points are that you change the destination folder for ragnarok online, run both ragnarok.exe and ragnarokclassic.exe as administator and that you reboot your system after doing so.

If you look in the Ragnarok game folder you'll find the setup applications for the respective clients named "setup" and "Setup_classic"

Click on those to change the screen size to your liking

I actually read the message above and went looking for the folder of the game in "my program documents" and was able to fix it! Now it´s perfect! Tx!!!

Xinn, please click the "Cancel" button next to the "del" button and the character will stand up and be playable.

I was a huge fan when the game secret of the solstice was still up and running, but now that it's gone its time to move on.
