Not sure where the proper place to ask this is but I'll try it here sorry if its not meant for here. I found a bunch of bots stuck in a loop type of thing that makes it obvious they're bots. My question is if there is a way to get hold of a GM really quickly to come and check it out because there are a lot and ticketing them all is really a hassle. Right now there are a bunch of thiefs looping around with spare cards and a few other classes as well.

Take 1 screenshot of the bot and send in a ticket on https://support.warpportal.com
You will need to provide the map location and server.

That link gives me an error but I went to the ticket system through the normal way and I'm not sure under what department I should put it? I'm thinking Ill-Mannered? Also will this send someone quickly because its a monster that's making them loop so I'm not sure how much longer that will last.

Edit: Nevermind someone just killed it and now they are all out and about.

You can still definitely go ahead and report them, even if they are no longer in one place. The category you're looking for is Ill-Mannered Reports, yes. On the ticket form, choose Automated Programs/Botting as the type and fill out as much information as possible, sending along any screenshots you were able to take of the characters.

Well my original question was to see if there was any way to get to a GM very quickly for when there's a large group of them all having an issue that makes it obvious but if I have to ticket I guess not. Not that I'm implying tickets are slow its just that sometimes these situations only last for a good 10 minutes or so.

On another note can you report people trying to pass off dark crystal fragments for reset stones? or is it basically a buyer beware policy for this kind of thing?

Edit: Oh also is there a button or something I can do that would show all of their names in one screen shot?

There isn't really a way to really get an immediate response, usually. We need a damn hotline or something, hehe. :< If you see Oda online here at the time, it's often worth PMing him about huge potential bothauls or programs with shiny auras.

Scamming is still punishable, as far as I'm aware, but they likely won't restore the zeny if you're scammed.

Unfortunately, there isn't a feature like that currently. It would be hella useful though.

I agreed, I recently reported a particular botter than I found and it has been few days since my ticket[372-1646E314-9154] closed and he/she still roaming around in the same map, botting. What's with that?

Someone running a bot can switch to manual botting as well as walk and talk like a human being, it could be that when the GM investigated them they really were on their own account at the time. It happens.
