GMs forgot about VAS?

Hello,

I handed in a server transfer 15 days ago. The so called "Terms of Agreement" says "Server transfer requests take between 48 and 72 hours to complete after the request is submitted."

Wrote in a ticket to ask what's going with but I'm getting fobbed off. All Information you need is in that ticket: 1F8-16458F08-8543 (Invoice Number of the WP Energy transaction, account infos etc.).

So I either want to get the xfer done, or get refunded. Thank you.

Right now, VAS is being handled by the IT team due to an issue with the billing system, with batches of them being done weekly. Your ticket has been put to urgent priority,I apologize for the inconvenience.

18th day now. The only that happened immediatly after this thread was the disappearing of the characters in question (so I can not shout for a refund because it's now "already in Progress" or what is this for?). Now I can't even work with this chars no more until it's done wow...

Mine disappeared from my account yesterday as well. I'm rather annoyed with how long this is taking. I'd like to be able to PLAY my characters and it feels like my VIP is being wasted.

Yea, I sent mine in on Oct. 30th and it hasn't arrived yet. Character was removed from my account about a week ago... not sure what's going on. Hopefully they will all transfer soon. I'd like to be able to play before my VIP runs out as well. x.x

I'm about ready to just tell them to leave my characters where they are and give me my damn money back. At least then I can play them.

There's a backlog of transfer requests that's being taken care of in order. I do understand your frustration in not being able to play your character as you rightful should have been.
