This looks like the same problem I have.
I hope you don't mind if I use your thread as well instead of making a new one for this.

Can Login just fine.
Can get past the character select screen just fine.
After the standard loading screen, I automatically Disconnect as well.
The only things that are on the screen prior to disconnect is my character sprite and the map itself.
Disconnect happens before Other character sprites/NPCs can appear.

Judging from OP's screenshot, It seems I'm not the only one on Ymir this is happening to.
I have characters in Eden, Geffen, Rachel, Izlude. The entire account, all the characters disconnect.
However, my other accounts, do not have this problem and work just fine. the only difference between them and the one that keeps disconnecting is the disconnecting account has VIP whereas the others do not.

I had already sent in a ticket as well

Other players were having similar issues recently and this is something that will definately require direct GM intervention.

Contact the GMs by creating a support ticket at support.warpportal.com - the GMs do not reliably respond to requests for individual intervention via the forums.

Thx for the replies.

It is in Ymir server and this happens since yesterday, I had been trying to log onto different computers, redo everything and else; but nothing works.

I did sent in the tickets and I will keep following up

That is the same problem I am having its been like this for the past 2 days now I spoke to Oda about this and he said that we are stuck in a "Void" it shows that you are online but you are not I just tryed logging in and I am still stuck. Its extremely frustrating not being able to play your account.

I have the same issue as you guys ._. I haven't been able to login in my account since last Friday, I keep getting said "Disconnected from Server." message everytime I try to login in any of my characters in the same account.
I've spoken to Oda in-game and he said the possible solution was to wait a few days and a rollback of my char would solve this problem. D:<
I did submit a ticket a couple days ago but haven't got a reply yet.

Any update about our issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks~

a rollback isnt going to solve anything for so it seems there is something bugging ppls account so this is going to continue to happen to multiple ppl have they tried a quick server restart or emergency maint for a hr or so to see if that is all it really needs i am getting really impatient about this i am sure you guys feel the same way

I sure do, I was planning on getting alot of jlvls during the weekend doing Juperos TI on my char. D:

GM team has been notified. Hopefully players having this issue will have their characters restored.

I just tried logging into my character and I am still unable to connect this is day number 4 that I cannot play my RO why haven't they done anything to fix our accounts?

Please also make sure to note if you have recently started a quest before the disconnection issue and if the disconnection happens on all of your characters, or just one. A number of users who have written in about this had started the Juperos hunt quest, if you had this as well, this will help us to identify the root cause of the problem.

all the characters in that a/c (where the screen-shot is) had experienced the same problem since 12/11/2011. No matter where it is located, or deleting and re-create the characters from the same slot in Ymir Server (this RK in the still exists) it just kicks me out once I logged in (shown exactly like screen shot) and with a bugged exp percentage that never been solved.

I was doing the Manuk Turnin quest and butterfly winged back to Juno where the problem begins once I returned to Juno back in 12/11/2011.

Guild members had informed me that the RK was displayed as online while the problem occurs. I had tried login via a completely different (IP) computer and the problem remains the same.
