Hey im a returning player and i sent a request to transfer server and was wondering how long it takes cuz i sent it 3 days ago

Right now, VAS is being handled by the IT team due to an issue with the billing system, with batches of them being done weekly.

i have a question regarding server transfer as well. im a returning member and i have a couple of characters on Ymir is it possible to have one transferred to valk i was in the midst of picking a server to stay on and i think valk may be the server for me. also is there a fee for returning players to transfer?
