Can we please have a final decision on what will be done with green ales?

I don't really care what a decision is. I just want to know it so that I can decide what to do with the remaining ales I have.

I have a friend who gave away some ales assuming they will be account-bound. I also have a friend who traded in ales for seed assuming there'll be no more change. Please just make a decision, announce it, and stick to it.
