is there any way to see how much intimacy your homunculus has?

other than the status of "loyal" or "neutral" no you cant see the number value. BUT the list of the what number you need to get to the next status is listed on irowiki

rcx, but don't think it was an acceptable program, heim said this some time ago, but its the easiest way to tell.

hard way, like cheddarjack's suggestion, you could have an approximate intimacy count by feeding your freshly made homun at 11~24 hunger and have around 900~1000 of its food to count the intimacy. by the time the food ends, it should be at loyal(provided you didn't forget to feed etc).

if your homuculus' intimacy is already at a certain level, you could also get an approximate count of its intimacy from that as well. theres a table on irowiki, awkward is 11-100 intimacy, shy is 101-250, neutral is 251-750, 751-910 is cordial, and onwards is loyal.

so, lets say your pet is at neutral intimacy. we'd assume that it should take at least, at most another 500 feeds to get to cordial, so it is at around 251~750 intimacy. when it does get to cordial, you'd know that the intimacy is at 751/1000. you might want to reduce your food at this point to around 160+ or so as well, just so you know exactly when your pet will become loyal.
