I got today's Magmaring TI quest as 98/50 Crusader (at around 70% to 99) and I got 99 well before completing the monster kills (I think at around 280.) Obviously redeeming the reward pre-transcendence is a waste of exp (as explained here,) so I'm thinking I should wait until post-transcendence. A couple questions remain though:

• At what level should I redeem the reward? (I'm looking at this telling me I should be at around base 90, can someone confirm?)
• Can I redeem this quest after the next turn-in cycles?

I ended up turning in after transcending, as a level 84 Paladin. Took me to 85 with some 10% to 86, so I think I wasted some exp. Got it right before the maintenance window.
