i was banned starting from november 16 2011 8:30 pm US time,and when log in it says im banned till 2012 12-31,thats means 1 year,i was playing ragnarok yygdrasil server and there was a glitch in eden TI reward at first i ddnt know wat happen cause i cant clear my quest log so i tried turning the missions in,after that i did it lke 10 times and so i figured it was a glitch and i stop turning the rewards cause i know it was cheat,then they restarted eden,im wondering why they have to ban me for 1 year,thats too much considering its their fault i need help regarding this issue ,why do they do this,i wont probably play this after i dedicated my time ,money and effort on that character and they banned me for 1 year,thats too much plss guys help me tell me what i need to do to get in, im doing WOE i cant make another account and lvl again,plss answer

According to Oda they suspended all accounts abusing the bug. If you only did it ~10 times you'll probably only have a character roll back. If you did any major abuse your account will have a suspension.
