my friends( they are from Cro moving to Iro because Cro is about to shut down) get banned till 2020. majority of them dont bot, dont buy zeny, but they use proxy server because of the connection issue from china. they just do daily turn-ins, quests and we just start to have fun here.
a friend from new zealand has a fake permanent ban experience too and he got unbanned immediately after reporting to GM. so i think this is an system error again.
one of my friend has 3 accounts and 2 of them got banned, 1 account survived, so i think its not a IP-based ban, it looks like a system error. can you fix this please?

can oda and heim please check your msg for some of my friend's account names? i know there are a lot of people got banned, but i can only collect little amount of them.

You will have to send in a ticket through https://support.warpportal.com/. Any discussions on the status of an account cannot and will not be discussed on the forums.

I have 4 ID.. And All of my ID was banned.

I accidentally got banned by testing the connection of that proxy. Fml
