I'm sure this question has been asked many times before but I haven't played this game and years and totally forgot everything about it...I got some cash and bought the VIP service and I always liked the archer class...Can someone provide me with an indept thread or some tips on how to level up faster. I'm level 10 btw. Just started yesterday...

Make sure you go Bard as Hunters SUCK now. Only way Hunters can lvl later is with traps and that gets BORING.

Bard>Minstrel>Maestro is the way togo.

It sucks that both Maestro and Wanderer get the friggin best BOW skill in the damn game. Severe Rainstorm.

Also one of the easiest to lvl 3rd classes I believe.

1st Tip make some friends.

Making some friends and getting some help will increase your speed astonomically. You can get advice for what maps to go to at what levels and possibly get connected with parties.

2nd tip, use the Eden group quests, they are easy and can get you added exp. Also try to get into parties that can share exp or kills for the quests.

Question for you, what server are you on? If Ymir I can help you, there are some items called HP increase potions, I have found that in low level character ranges if you use these they will increase your efficancy dramatically, you will have more HP than the monsters your killing and it will make you live in mobbier maps.

If your on Ymir I will gladly give you some for free.

3rd tip, "ctrl ~" will open a map, then click the poring at the bottom right, he will then show levels of monsters. Hunt monsters within 10-15 levels of your base in order to get the best rate of exp from the kills.

spores -> elder willows -> bigfoots that should get you to ~40 real quick

you have to kill things with a base lvl within a certain proximity to your own base lvl to maximize the exp... and eden quests

You can also check level range for maps by pressing ctrl + ~ at the same time. Personally, my preference for the first few levels are: 10-15/17 Spores - > 10/17-30 Horns/Poporing - > 30-45 -> Wolf/Orc Warrior/Orc Lady -> And you decide the rest. Don't forget to keep in mind, that the eden group is a useful resource. It offers quest for your level range and can provide some standard starter gear.

thanks a lot for the help guys I really appreciate it! Why arent hunters good anymore? wouldnt trap rangers be decent in WOE and levling up...

That's quite annoying.

The answer was not to make SR WEAKER but to give parity/ a little bit superiority to say Arrow Storm that way Rangers could actually be decent BOW users instead of always using Traps and a 4*Hunter Fly carded MG.

Mainly it's annoying that Rangers are not "Party" friendly with the skills they have really. It's just as easy for them to go solo most of the time.

It's kinda sad that I am now thinking in the near future I will be deleting either my Sniper or GX to make a Bard if they don't mess it up bad with balance ofc.
