hi i would like to ask what do you think abut my skill and stat build

must i max radius? i see everybody maxing radius but i read in the post balance patch u need to cast it in order to use it what are your thoughts?

First of all what do you plan using your warlock at?

Firstly i would drop some int and get higher vit/dex if your planning to woe/pvp (100 total vit for stun immune, and higher hp) higher dex to can get the cast off faster, but 90 should be enough. But definetly i wouldnt get anything more than 110, it costs to many stat points and you better invest them in other things. But actualy thats up to you and your plan style.
Only bad thing about that build is the 13 str, why is that? Get gym pases to get higher weight limit.

As far as I know, radius is a passive skill and will still being like that after balance patch... Would've to re-read it to be sure.

PS: I forgot about skill build. For leveling I would get recognized spell, makes 1-shot targets easiest and would reset after hit 150 or the lvl you plan to stay in. And about final build, well, again its up to what you wanna do, for pvp/woe at the moment crimson rock is useless. I wouldn't get freezing spell lvl 5, with lvl 2 (I think it was, need to test again) you should be able (with that int, at lvl 150) to storage 2 comets or TV, wich is what you would wanna it for. Having jack frost makes storm gust useless, having chain lighting makes jt useless, most of the hwiz skills will turn pretty useless, so you should change those to get quagmire (pretty usefull in pvm and in pvp/woe) and Frost nova to, its situational and mainly pvm, but can be usefull sometimes. Ganbantein only takes 1 skill point and can help you erase some things like fire pillars, hell plants and not a lot more... Not so usefull as pre-renewal, but still...

the str 13 is just a extra point i not sure where to add maybe i shall add it to luck
i saw the stat calculator that once i m lvl 150 i have an extra 10 vit in the calculator so i taught 90 vit is enough as i read that 100 vit is good enough am i wrong here?
i read a lot of ppl having freezing spell 5 in order to keep a lot of spells but you said that my build 2 is enough?
i dun think i will add recognize spell as i dun think i will have enough money to reset my skill point
what do u think? thanks for helping me

Radius having to be casted sucks.. but fixed cast reduction is realy nice, only way to reduce it is secrament, some equips (laphine staff and dunno what else) and radius, its realy helpfull.and taht formula couldnt be righ, fristly with lvl 0 radius you would still have some reduction, plus with lvl 5 radius and high enough int and dex you can get instant fixed cast? no way... People would complain a lot. I would check the source, but if its true, is a must to have skill.

Storm gust is pretty useless, slow cast, high delay, low damage, only good for the duration of the skill delaying your enemy by hitlock... Situacional, but I never used it in woe after getting jackfrost.

Having Tetravortex is usefull to have recognized spell, but is just hard to fit in the build. You have to chose, reading spellbook+freezing spell and release tetra, or hard cast it trying to hit max damage with recognized spell and using amp. I personaly would go to recog spell build, since released tetra only kill baddies, good people shouldnt die to a released tetravortex.

About skills, yes, 90+10 vit is enough for stun immunity, but some more hp doesnt hurt, but like I said its up to you, i personaly would get more, but your build is good.

To freeze a speel, you need slots, slots=(4+4*freezing skill lvl)+(BLvl/15) + (Int/10) , so the way to maximize it is to think what you wanna freeze, how many slots your gonna need, how many int (with bonus, bonuses affects also the number of slots, as well as buffs, foods and so) and plan what else do you need, getting only the lvl of freezing spell you need and no more, saving skill points. Best way to do this is on test server, make a 150 char with the amount of final int you plan to get and play with it. Also, if after reeding the spell you lose the bonuses that makes possible you to store it (you coulndt read it without that extra int), it doesnt banishes, you can still release it (happened to me with comet, i needed the +10 int from bless, bless ended but i had still 2x comets stored).

About reseting, if your on valk server, neuralizers shouldnt go higher than 20m.

The source for Radius and any other balance changes come from kRO Headquarters. Regarding your argument of "having fixed cast reduction even with level 0 radius", that wouldn't be the case because if you didn't learn radius, you would not even be getting the bonus since you didn't even learn it.

Then is it real 100%? Well, i wont complain, its actualy buff it, you can get instant fixed cast pretty easy with that on a warlock, and with righ equips, instat variable, so instant cast. (if it stacks with secrament, wich I hope it does).

SG is still useful for lagging ppl for the duration and in chokes, jackfrost is not nearly as effective in that respect. Lvl 10 has a long cast time so best to use a lower level when casting or release it. SG puts you in delay for a long time though while jack frost has a low delay.

Outside woe i still use it for levelling sometimes eg. in thors.
