I did a paid transfer from Ygg to Ymir:

I received and email stating:

The problem is:

When I logged in I was already in a major city. I didn't have my zeny, nor do I know where to look for an NPC to give me my zeny back.
I'm lost, confused, and my account is broke

Oh I found GM Bonds on my account 305 in total,.

Lastly I tried to contact those names in game and no one was online.

Can I mail those name in game?
