I'll give you a PvE perspective:

Rising Drop Kick is your most powerful skill in your entire skill chain. It's good for cleaning remaining monsters, wiping out huge chunks of monsters, and it's great for bosses because of its hits, damage and the groggy isn't bad. Infinite Kicking is great and more situational but also very strong and useful. This skill is great for bunching monsters up and wiping them all out or pushing them back. I wouldn't recommend it for bosses as much as Rising Drop Kick. It has high damage and a lot of hits though.

Both skills I would say benefit you very highly in PvE. I can't say much about PvP other than that Infinite Kicking is a great little catch skill and you can quickly follow it up with a Rising Drop Kick.

Thanks, this helped a lot. I think I can imagine how thesr skills will work in pvp now.
