I just want to confirm that rideword hat and nidhoggur's shadow garb proc off of SR castings? And would it have a chance to proc for each "wave" of arrows or just once per casting (if its the latter, doesnt seem worth using)? Recently switched to SR for better utility in groups and trying to decide whether to use my rideword or something that affects cast time/adds dex like a sagittarius diadem or ulle's cap of torment.

Yes to the first question, can't remember to the second. And lastly, stick to RWH, unless you have bryn+variants you're gonna run out of SP fast casting SR.
