Mvp strategy/tricks with Sorc and AB duo

Basically i want to kill these 2 on a sorc with ab support under 7 minutes. How can i do this? any strategies/ tips/tricks ?

Edit:
Dont suggest the use of any god items.... gtb cards... a fully decked out sorc don't need much....

Why using a sorc when a sura can 1/2 shots it? I hate suras and Gens :/

Sura can't fist Thanatos.

I kill him easily on RG though, Inspiration, Cursed Water and VP.

VP vry pwrfl.

Thanatos is Ghost most of the time until he takes enough damage and changes to Holy.

He has to change to Holy before they can fist him, and that requires getting his HP down to <30% or so.

100% water resist on the AB for Ktulllanux, Spam Safety Wall on AB (just for critical slash, it does like 15K), but the 100% water resist is enough. Use magnetic earth to save the AB from Storm gust and use the sorcerer to hit Ktullanux, or just let the AB put his/her back to a wall so they don't get knocked all over in stead of using Magnetic Earth. This way you can use sorcerer area skills easier and it should still be effective.

NB: Don't expect to get it right the first time.

With 100% water resist will the sg still hit or knock u around?

This thread is now a general MVP strategies thread.

I recently got my genetic to lv 99 and have bombed Golden thief bug a few times (he kills me in one hit with mammonite, hrgh) but it's not very rewarding to take on that particular MVP and I'm not confident to try bothering anything else.

great points. I assume safety wall spam and 100% water resist gears would be the ab's job. hmm but i assume using magnetic earth on your self at a distance and staying in that area to cast skills would be better.
Among the various skills it does
Lv 5 Dispell
Lv 10 Break Armor
Lv 10 Frost Diver
Lv 10 Frost Nova
Lv 8 Random Attack
Lv 10 Water Attack
Lv 10 Water Ball
Lv 5 Wide Freeze
my cause for concern being the break armor and the freezing skills water attacks. if ab were to wear an unfrozen valk it would reduce water resistance... but using an unfrozen saphines or accabes would have a good chance for it to break.
obviously the ab would be tanking.

Full chemical? any water armor its good, but since its a magic it should be a silk robe, since it gives 10 HARD mdef(wich its like 11% less magical damage)

yeah but if its aqua silk robe even with chemical protection what would prevent you from freezing?

obviously if its ab and sorcerror they would have well above 100 base int.. me and my ab have 120..
But you have to consider the stats of the mvp into account when talking about status infliction. This isnt woe where having 150 base level and high int will grant you immunity given the other persons stats dont out weight yours.

/ facepalm : True i forgot a bout warmer. guess i should be putting that on the AB if i am to be on magnetic earth and would sport myself an unfrozen.

Just get 100 water resist and forget about water element armor, since you dont need it. unfro valk should be fine, also means if "random element" happens to be wind, you wont get smashed. (SW still deals overflow damage right?)

You could also get the sorc to lay down insignia so that kull/mob melee attacks deal minimal (about 1-200) damage. MVP/monsters have status atk like us that can't be converted to element.

tidal shoes 5%
nid marse garment - 30% ( +7% if nid..)
valk shield - 20%.
that all makes it 75%.
what am i missing for 25%? ( id rather not count on the water proof potion 20% ..)

You'd better not try to tank ktul without a water proof potion then

Warmer will heal Ktul 131,300 hp every 3 seconds.

problem is im pretty suspicious about how long it lasts... as we don't have a proper status icon showing how long it lasts... also i get the feeling that the effect might be dispelled or worn off mid way ..

marc 5%

2 leafcat cards = 20%

2 Water Brooches = 10%

Leather of tendrillion = 5%

Zodiac headgers, 2~9%

There are plenty of ways to get 100% water resistance. And yes even with 100% resistance you will still be knocked around.

And no 100 int at 150 will make you immune to frozen against any monster than is 150 or lower. IE only Bio monsters will status u.
