I know that the gm are hard at work at banning bots, abusers and etc etc but innocent people are being banned as well don't u all think that banning innocent ppl are wrong.
i notice several weeks back then a lot of threads came out with i got innocently banned thread i actually pity them if they are innocent which some of them stating they just selling enriched ori and they got banned like that is so saddening.then turns out that this week after maintainance i got banned as well maybe because of selling enriched ori (maybe to botted account as i opened a shop to sell) until i became rich i not sure but i didn't bot nor took money from the zeny botters.Don't you all think that the technique of the gm banning those bots should be reviewed as they are also banning innocent ppl (including me)which lead them to miss some event (like THIS WEEK x2 EXP EVENT and MY 14 day VIP T.T).Don't you all think a better solution should be thought by the gm on how to ban those bots without banning those innocent people?and i also think that the ticketing system is so slow as they take like 3 days then only they reply you.I only scared they say that you are earning botted zeny and got to be wiped from your account.zzz

hopefully this thread would not be closed as i think this should be changed

If you think that you did not do anything to deserve a ban, send in a ticket.
