Alright, there were two ways of reading that, sorry for not being clear enough for you.

Time has always been rather random, it's usually a ten minute period after (one or two hours, or else whatever time they respawn), starting from the time they died (plus those one, two or however many hours) to ten minutes after.

Most MVPs are not one hour. I believe around 7-8 are one hour, but the rest are an hour and a half plus.

All that SURE is a long way of saying "Within 10 minutes starting from their next natural spawn". But yes, please work on clear English as not to mislead players who see you as knowledgable and an example to the community due to having a coloured name (lolololol)
