# Ragnarok, can't delete characters after binding to WarpPortal
Status : Non-bug the email address on the Ragnarok accts are always matched to the warpportal account (even if they weren't before the binding).

I'm curious how those of us who registered at Warp Portal and can no longer delete characters are NOT experiencing a bug. Am I mistaken? I don't understand how it's not a bug. Can somebody please explain?

What I find interesting is that, since I just started playing this game the day after Warp Portal was set up, I am effected by this problem. I never had the account registered to any other email, and was created through the Warp Portal account to begin with.

I really do hope they fix this soon... I am running out of character slots to get potions with.

It's bugged, the GMs are just gonna give everyone the run around.
This is a major problem and should be a top priority.
