Ok so I've been gone from the game for a while and have redownloaded and come back after IDK about 2 years or so.

When I left I was an 65 Ele and had some pretty decent gear at the time.

Coming back now at 65 and apparently some of the stuff I have is pretty rare, mostly S1 65 sets and old Reinforced Brutal Blaze Wand + Shield.

Problem is I want to switch to Druid and it's really hard to figure out and go through the forums to pick out skills and stuff since there are alot of abbreviations I'm unfamiliar with.

I could really use some advice in terms of gear, skill build, what my goals are, etc...

1: I want to be a DPS so I plan on going Inferno and I'm just totally lost as to what skills, gear, xeons and every thing to use. I know there are different types of builds, those focused on auto attack and some on skill spam and I'd basically like to be able to grind well and fast but I also want to be able to hold my own in PvP. I can kinda figure out what skills to use for the Inferno form and I know I'm getting the stuns from the BM tree but what else from that Tree I have no idea. Can someone provide me a basic skill/dna set for both AA and SS Inferno Druids and what their benefits and cons are?

Stats: If I'm going Inferno for either AA or SS what stat is Inferno's damage based on? Is it still Intelligence and Magic Attack or is it Strength and Physical Attack? I know from what I read I'll need alot of con gear too but I'm confused on what stat governs what skills for druid forms.

2: Gear... I have an old S1 Everlasting Sun set, some Secret lab and other eximus/rare accessories and enough money to regear if I need to but I need to know what stats I need to shoot for first. And what about weapons? I currently have an old Reinforced Brutal Blaze Wand and Shield but I've read I should be using either an Axe / Bludgeon or Knuckles for PvP. Can someone shed some light on this? Again, just a basic general "Yes the everlasting sun set is ok and replace it with this at this level and get these weapons/shield" or "No get this stuff instead" will work.

3. Method for grinding and pvp. I know in Inferno you can only use inferno skills and outside you can use BM and the other Druid skills like RoB but Idk how this works, do you switch in and out of forms during the course of the fight or what? And PvP do you just stay out of transformation?

4. DNA: No clue what DNA basically because I don't know what the skills are gonna be like.

I know I'm asking for alot and i kn ow alot of this is available on the forums but it's very hard for me to figure out bits and pieces from 50 different posts especially after being away for so long.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

1) Inferno is strictly physical, so RAW damage is best from reinforced jewels, depending on which build AA or SS the next stat would be CAD/SCAD respectively.

My SS Build(Phys based)
Pros:
Easy to maintain a working distance to do damage from.
Isn't confined to sticking to JUST one form.
Every skill used has a chance to crit.

Cons:
Highly mana intensive.
Scad is difficult to gain depending on what gear used.
Very gear dependent.

AA (Not my forte though.)

Pros:
Easy to gain resist, and CAD from. (Using TB shield and 1h weapon of choice, along with s2 Fascination)
Cheap to gear, seeing as s2 Fascin is rarely used.

Cons:
Needs to be buffed with BoH to be effective outside of inferno
Reliant on Thrown Vine and stuns
Will always be easier to target since you have to maintain melee distance.

2) ES is okay, but 65 FOC set with a decent weapon is fine too, if your ES is HP/CON or HP enchanted then go with the ES. When you level, you should aim for s2 Fascination for AA, and this is a must. Secondly, for SS I would either go Pride, 79/85 Mix, or some destruction parts for the SCAD, seeing as s1 Fascination(which gives the highest CON for Druid armor) is unattainable to most new Druids.

Weapons: Axe and Bludgeon because 1) Axe adds Physical Crit and Bludgeon because of the higher base damage on it(I believe s2 Karma adds CAD too).
Knuckles because they add CON/HP/SCAD/MP depending on the knuckle, and the ones you would use would be dependent on the gear you obtain.

3) I usually pulled about 10, cast RoB, cast DG AoE stun, cast heal, and that's pretty much it. In PvP you'll have to learn when to use what form, otherwise you'll just be an easy target for certain classes. (Here's looking at you, new Druids that just stay in DG and take about 30 nukes in one second). But for SS, you'll be using BM form more, going into DG/Inferno when needed to further stun your opponent.

4) Refer to the links in 1 >.>;

Anyway, any further questions just PM me.
