Yes of cause im 175^^
Anyone ingame says that you can buy it in Orlo.
Curious because the weapon is up lvl 175 and going to Orlo you can first with 180.

the level 175 / 200 yellow weapons, and the 180 / 200 armors are avail for sale on orlo INSIDE MURIS gates, for which you have to be level 200 and have the quests done to enter. Most people have a higher level friend obtain the items for them, else buy from player shops. Or craft them from scratch - for their first toons reaching levels 175-200
