Hey, on a normal Ragnarok Online account, you can make up to 3 characters right?
Let's say I made my account VIP. I make a new character, which gives me 4 characters to play with.

When my VIP runs out, can I still access that 4th character?

Yes.
You can access all 9, if you created the actual characters during VIP.
Best bet is to name all your slots during VIP.
This way you can still use them later even if your not paying for VIP at the time.

Oh damn! I didn't think of that! >.<
I had my chance at VIP but I thought that you had to get VIP again just to access that 4th character and so forth.
