It all depends on the size of the mob vs damage ouput + max hp of the selected target. Mobs of 10-20+ Monsters that KE isnt going to be as efficient as Assumptio. Now a Mental Strength sura its always going to be KE, just because of the movement speed your going to get stuck one way or another using Assump. There are many different situiations in which you would want to use KE or Assumptio, you just have to have some common sense thinking about it.
