The occupy events started out with all the best intentions and then turned into a massive cesspool of noncompliance and public indecency. How do they expect lawmakers to respect them when they can't respect themselves?
In an essence, I kinda whole heartily agree. However! *begins long rant*
It sure could make the people with power look at what we are doing for the mentally well being of their people. Though
I must also start off by saying; I have very little respect for myself anymore, as lethargy and not keeping promises are inexcusable traits. - Along with lie'ing - and apperently not being able to keep secrets;
(oof and getting mad at others for not keeping theirs, like really, really mad... wew)
Or getting, REALLY mad at people for being sadistic, when I know myself can have a sadistic sense of humour - but I never genuenly have ever meant to "harm" anyone.

Also apparently not always understanding society's views.

Personally; If my voice could be heard by the polititions; I would ask that they look closely at mental stability of people; create much more jobs on trying to create a solution for the people with mental unwellbeings, But more over; try to create more jobs for people even if it is just having people learn stuff;
- Trying to recognize that we are power of the people;
Some of the psychology behind this all is the basic thinking that the world is out to get me, and the government does nothing for us other then kill and maim people; and take advantage of the people.
I think a whole lot of it is because of lack of understanding of the brain, and lack of general awareness; and people in high power being able to keep "secrets" -
Why are other countries really attacking us?
Shouldn't our people in power be working with the other people in power?

What Adbusters tries to advocate is the power of knowledge and a freedom of information;
People are scared of, how far would we take that?

I' am not trying to insinuate that we will instill anarchy upon ourselves, but after what happened in Cali....;
I spent like, 4 hours screwing around on the internet found a bunch of other people that live of fear and paranoia, probably just because they think its funny to scare everyone.
Anyway; I think the world leaders should paint a clearvoyent view of unity; and list out closer goals on what to do for things like world hunger, world sadness. - Fear -
Why is it so hard for people to learn, why is it so hard for - everyone - to understand "everything".

Honestly though, people like me;
if the government told me they'd teach me how to make a nucular bomb; how a blackhole works - the technology behind everything - But I had to take a little blue pill that would end my life - I am the kind of person that would choose that route, at least I can live and say I seen a blackhole before myself.

I just want to point out that the idea of Occupy was to have people gather around; address possible problems; idea's and concepts to solve such problems -
For someone to put forth their idea's and someone else to put forth theirs, and what they think of the other idea.
Too many people had a down with corporation attitude about the whole thing - it should have been to try to work with everyone - Not fight against everyone and spread more hate.
