ok so ive been thinking about all the classes and i noticed that scouts are the only ones of the few clases that has only ap passive and not a sub-passive, For example(Champs have ap+Acc+ Aspd Passive,+Mspd Passive,Etc) I think Gms should be thinking about adding some more stuff into scouts so they can be more even.
Im not complaining or anything im just giving my opinion since i have a scout ^^

To bring in my 2 cents hawker class is the only class who has their accuracy passive not shared with AP passives.
For scout u need to learn 2 useless self buffs in order to learn the accu passive and for raider u need to learn a bunch of other passive ap skills before u can get the accuracy passive.

I know they got the 30% acc passive and dogde and aspd. But look at the champs passive, it gives acc, 30%+ aspd, 10%mspd, i mean like i think champs are OP hehe but i hope gms can focus a little bit more on scouts so game can be more even ;D

That is part of what makes champs overall better than other classes, we are supposed to be getting some changes... only time will tell.

I kinda agree with you, in pvp a scout has a good chance to win but in war a scout would get raped

fully geared, buff sets, good skill and stat build and has to knows how to fight with scout and beat a champ

im pretty much descent geared and the most ive lowered a champs hp is up to 50% ^-^

Tbh A Champ Was Most Difficult For My Scout (When I Played One) When It Wore Chivs Only Because Of The Defense . . . . Other Than That My Scout Did Pretty Heavy Damage On Champs In Any Other Gear.

It May Not Beat A Champ 1 v 1 But Scouts Are VERY Useful In Wars When Used Correctly I Think
