i havn't paid for my account since ragnarok started with this huge warp portal MISTAKE. its the most confusing garbage i've ever dealt with.

i went to payment on the ragnarok website, i couldnt find anything else that seemed fermilliar in paying for my account. i feel i just threw away five dollars on some stupid "energy"
i dont see how its related at all to my ragnarok account and i have a bad feeling it really isnt.

I JUST WANNA GRIND MINDLESSLY ON MY HUNTER KILLING HILLWINDS. this is ridiculous!!!!

To buy WP points go to Power Up section obviously. Buy the amount of points you need (1k for a month).

Then,
1. Hit the + beside the account you want on the left screen. It should bring up the WP energy page.
2. Select the amount of WP/Sub you want from here. (ie. you want a month sub, hit the month sub/1k WP one)

And there you go.

Do not use the Transfer option. The Transfer button is for Kafra Points.

Did you add the 1000 WP points to the account you want to pay?

You need to convert it to the subscription payment by going to the account you want to pay on the Warp Portal site and converting that 1000 points to the month plan.

Did you go to this section of the site and pay? (game accounts > account you want to pay for > power up)
If you want to pay for sub, you choose the option you want and hit Place Order.

edit: Btw, Gravity, I'm sure that typo is quite obvious to you.

If you messed up and put it into Kafra Points, which after reading it again you might have... X-x I'm sorry if I confused you. You could contact them through a ticket and since this is all so new and confusing, they'd revert it.

Where does it show you having 1000 WP points at? At the top of the page besides Point Balance? Or is it where the total WP energy is?
Do you happen to have more then one account set to this Warp Portal account?
That huge transfer button, transfers WP to Kafra Points.

If it still says you don't have enough points and you knowingly have 1000 WP then I'm not sure, got any way you can show me a picture of what you are seeing a little? Otherwise I'd say send in a ticket.

Nvm, got the picture to work (you put in two http things)

But yeah...you put that 1k points into Kafra Points....Send in a ticket and see if they will revert that. X_x I guess I confused you. I'm sorry. >.<

Pretty much, what you were supposed to do was buy the WP points, then go to that page I posted above. Don't touch the transfer button, select the sub you want, and pay for it. I guess I confused you when I posted that 2nd half about kafra points. >.<

It's a confusing system, but I can see why they wanted it at the same time. It'll definitely take some getting used to. And yeah there is no notification about what that transfer means at all...you just know its transferring the WP (i actually spent 5 bucks to figure out what that and the other options meant).

I hope you can get it fixed as well. >.< Sorry about that. I feel bad now. >.< I must be a bad explainer. D:

Go to your account management > game accounts > account you want to pay for > power up.

Should take you to a page with payment options for subscriptions. The hourly one is 800 WP.

Yeah, sadly its either one 1k points, or two 500 points. Either way its $10 for a hourly payment. But you do get some extra points at least. :x If thats a good thing.

I think you need to put in bold and large size font that the Transfer points thing is actually to transfrer WP into KP. Or better yet, dear CMs, please change "Amount of WP Energy to Trasfer" into "Amount of WP Energy to Transfer into KP"

People still mistakenly think that you first have to transfer your WP into the account, before buying subscriptions, when "transfer[ing]" WP is actually to buy KP.

Gravity doesn't work on the weekends. They REALLY need to change that. MMOs need 24/7 staff, not weekday staff.
