Well, at least my mistake got me into a productive mood today.. put together a curtain + rod and made gnocchi for dinner....

hi dont worry its not just you. Warp portal interface isnt user friendly , although a tutorial was probably provided, its a very dumb to make the payment process as complicated as Warp portal has made it.

gl and dont pay for in game WP points on accident like a lot of people did.

They did make tutorial videos. Except, they put it in an obscure section in the forums with an obscure title - "Warpportal Has Launched" doesn't really give us the impression that we'll find tutorial vids there.

This process is the biggest nightmare I have ever dealt with.

It describes the same Energy as different name three times. I've registered 3 times under different areas of the site. I have tried to pay through Credit Card and PayPal, they say they need to verify in 24 hours, its been 3 days. I don't know where they took money from, why it says I have points in one place and not in the other... I don't even know if my old characters will be there when I log in. Keeps saying to contact customer service by calling and does not provide a phone number or email.

Truly, truly... one big nightmare.

Straight from Gravity staff:

Something to note, because its a bit confusion right now, but when you go through the process it may look as if we put a hold on the payment, in fact we do not even process the payment request. So you will have to go back through the payment pages once you have been cleared through the system for Credit Card / PayPal.


So yeah, they WON'T tell you straight out if your payment's been verified. Just try making a payment after about an hour or so to see if it'll go through.
