okay, so i'm not an uber walking iro database. (secretively wishing though) BUT even i know some cards are pretty useless... so i was thinking during my hunts i've gotten some cards that no one buys and no one really knows what to do with... i would love to be able to walk to comodo and do a trade up. (why comodo... they have a gambling center... it's night... and i don't know, just seems like the out of the way place i would go to try and trade up cards) so i go in and a special kafra/rogue/whoever says, show me your cards, i come in with 15 crap cards and get one random GOOD card, no crazy mvp cards. i can deal with that. heck it doesn't even have to 15, just more than 5 because of the crazy botters. no doubles either. otherwise botters will go crazy. 10 or 15 different cards, for the chance to get a good card, like i said i'm not a walking database, but i know that i would love a harder to get card that i'm unable to afford because of crazy market prices.

yes i know i'm vague, but that is because this is an idea... not a laid out plan... anyhow, i hope that someone can better form what i'm trying to say and make it more understandable to the ro gods and they say hey, that sounds great! let's try it out and if people like it we can keep it, and then when i level my little aco, i'll really be excited to get a cheapo card, because later i can trade it in. please someone help me make the ro gods hear me out. *laughing*

mmmmh, why didn't anyone answer here?

I remember the old times back on euRO, that idea rose up there, too but never ended up in a real event before the server died (q.q)
There could be that Comodo-NPC you talk about trading better cards for crappy ones. It is just a question of thinking well about balancing to make it a good thing for all players and not a bot-party.
I'd like to see something like that ingame *.*

honestly i'm surprised you found me.

still as i was leveling today. it struck me as once again that might be a good idea. not that it would make it easy on the iro team stuck with making it happen. of course people would complain about some aspect being unfair or wrong. *sigh* i don't envy iro personnel sometimes.

so as opposed to having a set 10 or 15, maybe then could have a rotating list of which ones they would do, sort of like a mini lottery... out of a 100 sucky cards these 10 - 15 will get you ONE good card.
and instead of having it every day.
just the first week of the month.
that way botters can't spam it, maybe one try per account. i know people get upset over that/this, but i'm not sure how else to keep 1000 of the same card showing up on marketplace.
- mind you this is ideas floating, nothing solid... so try help with positive thoughts
