I just want to recieve answers....wich program I can use to capture my ROSE screen for video or just normal screen photo

normal screen = press print button on ur keyboard

u will find the screenshots in the capture folder of ur rose folder

have you tried Fraps its a free program for recording things like this. they also have a "premium" service as well for longer videos i think.
