How does Sen Crafting even work? I am level 207 and I have 851 Sen and I still come out with some really bad reinforces. Will getting to 215 help this?

I quess your bad lucked. I have a arti 215 with 600 sen and i get 10 40 items and so on

Do you get some good items too? Luciano may be making hundreds of items to get a few 10/40. Prior to the changes, I could get 10/40 items on my low SEN crafter but I did have to burn though a lot of mats.
Unless the crafting system is still messed up and higher SEN isn't necessarily going to give better stats. I'm finally getting my SEN crafter up to 200+ and will soon start burning though mats I"ve been farming and see how it goes.

i know that ur pot-crafting success increases greatly at 215 according to people and that is really hopeless before that
try getting to 215-if any thing it will only be better
