Is the 75 armor even worth getting or should i just got with celeb...i know con and int gets added on 75 which is why i was thinking about going for it for the con

if you are only intrested in con go for celeb as it also adds scad but personally i don't like wind resist on celeb so i would go for sealing

depends if pvp or pve and other equips really, all shammy armors aren't too bad

yea i dont like wind either lol...thats why i was thinking of going 75 tbh fire res seems alot more usefull now a days then anything else...only thing that sux is it doesnt add scad

Celeb is alot better specially if you got high skill crit rate. If you're going tbf shield and scad ball, resists wouldn't be a big problem for celeb.
