could i reset my set or skill? each level could reset? or cannot be?

You can reset your skills or stats once before you reach lvl 40. You can do this in Zant.

Resetting means that you'll reset ALL stats or skills to 0.

Once you hit 40 you can only reset skills or stats by buying reset books from the Item Mall.
