Are TKM's useless until next class?

I'm thinking about making a TKM because I want to have some fun with that class but will I be any good in woe, mvp, pvm in renewal? with the right build and right gears.

TKMs are a ton of fun in PVM. Get Sprint to 10 immediately, which gives a passive atk bonus, and if you sprint and sprint instantly again, youll enter spurt status and have even higher atk. The huge downfall of TKMs is the solar lunar stellar setup. I just went with a TKM kicker, you learn tornado kick, counter kick, heel drop, and roundhouse kick. Get plenty of AGI and STR. With some AGI and HP gears you can wreck things in PVM.

If you equip a good book, you will do more damage, even if you can't spurt.
