there will be the balance patch soon and im playing mainly a CS build RK.

just want to know now that the balance patch is coming .

what would be the best build for RK and equips?

should be 2handquiken or hundred spear build?

Heh, good question there Monica.. I guess.. IB will be the leveling skill you will use... Or BB till you can get IB... cause CS... will suck after lvl 100+
And that's pretty much it.
Or you can go AGI, but that will be a very slow road. :/
Not to mention you'll have to every once in a while go back to repair the weapon the rune just broke.. or buy a card for it. And waste a slot :/

Hundred spear is a joke to use in WoE since It's ranged... can be reduced by gears, and... it's freaking ranged (seriously I thought this skill was melee) I guess just spam SB, Rhydo and DB. But I think HS is just a waste of skill points really. IB is at least useful on PvM. Use your runes.

Hundred spear is a joke to use in WoE since It's ranged... can be reduced by gears, and... it's freaking ranged (seriously I thought this skill was melee) I guess just spam SB, Rhydo and DB. But I think HS is just a waste of skill points really. IB is at least useful on PvM. Use your runes.

allright, first, i didnt say nothing about the runes because for any kind of RK all the runes are a must, like dragon breath, thats out of discussion

if HS is a joke in woe, IB its a bad joke, for a so-so damage you need to be NEXT to the enemy, but u still not will be able to kill anyone, with the Glorius spear at least you can kill ppl using HS in a combo, and hey ... mora gears and bellum spears ... <3

It depends what kind of RK you want and whatever floats your boat if you want to explore the PVM scene or woe.

Be skeptic and avoid the bad advices. Ask in-game, read in irowiki, pm me if necesary. Go post in the swordsman section.

have you guys TESTED the skill? my RK reach 3400 PER HIT WITH NO GLOOMY SHYNESS :/ i think its kind of OP XD, just test it >_>

yeah, already test it, 38k on orc warriors with +10kvm spear

Be weary of bad advice on RK. The Internet is rampat with them. I'd post more info but I'm on a bus en route to the airport and typing on an iPhone sucks.

yeah, already test it, 38k on orc warriors with +10kvm spear

actually they are better weapons than +10kvm XP, but i think that i can do around 95k with proper converter and weapon(since this skill doenst ignores def like clashing spiral)

Back to topic; Even RK gets bad nerfs, there will be alternative ways to still have fun, now what I mostly hear is that Crushing Strike -Rhydo rune will be the new Exceed Break, but personally Im not buying it, dont like -.- cooldowns and one target skill

I have tested it... But skills get 50% reductions in WoE.. I don't care how much they do outside of it... since it'll be crap in WoE, 50% reduction + it's ranged so ALOT of ways to counter ranged in WoE, if it were Melee then yes, it would've been awesome. But it's not.

@LeonFlare: Yes IB won't do alot of dmg, I never said it would be good for WoE either, I said it was a good PvM skill (read what I posted), Either way it's still good to use it with a mailbreaker etc... since it has a big range. And low cooldown. Good for when you got knocked of your dragon.

As for the Bellum gears.. I'm waiting for the Bellum Claymore

You can always have the ingredients on you and make them as you use them. I do it all the time in WOE :/

Im just saying that it would be nice if they minimum the cooldown of runes, especially crushing strike /gg.

Are you 100% sure it's ranged?

I was a bit worried about this since a lot of RKs seem to level at cornus from 105ish ( my current character is a 105-106 RK) to 130 or so and they have SR so melee would be out of the question for there.
