Hover has always needed to equip the accessory.hover skill can't be used without equipping the hover accessory.
just tested it, this should be fixed!
I think it didn't change with skill balance update.

I thought mechanics would need to equip the mado things to use the mado skills... it seems you only need to have them on inventory... Is it intended? *doesn't have a mechanic in main servers D:*

Doesn't removed Millennium shield like it should.
This is morelike poor coding idea from kRO: in order for Pile bunker debuff to be applied, the skill has to hit. But since you can't hit something with millenium shield or KE on, the skill misses and no debuff occurs.

I really wish they fix the coding on Pile Bunker but thats just me.
oh and NB really should be reducing physical and magic damg like it should.

Neutral barrier do not block Magic Attacks now, just Physical ones only.
Well that's pretty useless then. *IF* magnetic earth blocked all AoE magic then it would be alright, though.
