Alchemists and Blacksmiths

I've thought long and hard, asking and gathering information,
asking several different players about how they feel about the current
limitations to their crafting capabilities.
The answer is always the same in so many words, ' not the same '
or ' weakened ' so I have this idea of a quested skill for our potion makers out there
and our loyal smiths who bust their butts making the best of a horrible twist of class construction.

For alchemists ( Genetics )I propose a quested skill called..
' The heart of Alchemy ' or ' True Alchemy '
Basically this quested skill would allow you to carry crafting bonuses of the previous class
to 3rd, in this case the 70 or 50 job levels of Biochemist class.
This will be tricky but I believe it can be done, and to make it fair for the creators..
it's not going to be an easy skill to acquire. every crafter knows sacrifices need to be made
so this will be a quested skill that will have levels based on your previous job class's levels.
IE:
Heart of Achemy
----------------
A skill which allows the true heart of the alchemist to continue
and break through any hardships in the name of alchemy. Enables
Biochemist Crafting bonus from Job levels to carry over to Geneticist job class.

( For those who changed at job level 50 )
Max Level 5 ( Each point adds the boost of 10 job levels worth to creation success )
( For those who job changed at job level 70 )
Max Level 7 ( Each point adds 10 job levels worth of creation success )

And for our smiths..

' Path of the Blacksmith ' or ' Will of Blacksmith '
Basicly this would do the same this as the Heart of Alchemy but for blacksmiths.

Will of Blacksmith

This inherited skill from the masters of Iron allows one to carry on
the will of the Blacksmith through the hardships of progression and the
changing times, allowing the crafting bonus from MasterSmith class to carry over to Mechanic.

( For those who changed at job level 50 )
Max Level 5 ( Each point adds the boost of 10 job levels worth to creation success )
( For those who job changed at job level 70 )
Max Level 7 ( Each point adds 10 job levels worth of creation success )

In conclusion.. smiths and biochemists shouldn't have to be stuck as 2nd trans classes and miss out
on the extra status points that the 3rd job offers, and I feel this is a good suggestion.
